Refund policy
1. Return Period & Conditions
We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from the date the tracking information shows the item as "Delivered" to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

Resale Value: Products that are damaged or show signs of use that affect secondary sales are not eligible for a return.

Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Market Price Adjustment & Refund Calculation
Due to the significant price fluctuations in the collectible toy market, we update our pricing every two weeks.

Refund Valuation: All returned items will be valued based on the latest market price at the time of the return processing, rather than the original purchase price.

Refund Scope: We only refund the product value (adjusted as per current pricing). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Return Process

Authorization: Do not send items back directly. You must obtain a return authorization and the correct return address from our team first.

Unapproved Returns: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Blind Boxes/Mystery Boxes: These are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or via gift cards.

Custom/Personalized Goods: Specialized orders are non-returnable.

Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the condition of the item must still meet our "Original Condition" requirements mentioned above.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approval: If approved, the refund (based on the latest market price) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
